EIS Broker collects and processes personal data necessary to provide insurance brokerage and consulting services, including:
• Identification data (name, surname, tax ID, company name);
• Contact data (email, phone, address);
• Professional and financial information relevant to insurance quotations.
Data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in compliance with Articles 5–6 of the GDPR.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Your data are processed for:
• Preparing quotations and insurance contracts;
• Regulatory compliance (IVASS, Anti-Money Laundering);
• Communication related to contractual obligations;
• Marketing communications (only with express consent).
Legal bases: Art. 6 (b) – performance of a contract; Art. 6 (c) – legal obligation; Art. 6 (a) – consent.
4. Data Retention
Personal data are retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the period required by law (usually 10 years after termination).
5. Data Sharing
Data may be shared with:
• Insurance companies and intermediaries;
• Legal, tax, and IT consultants;
• Supervisory authorities (IVASS, CONSAP) where required.
No data are transferred outside the EU without adequate safeguards (Art. 46 GDPR).
6. Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, or object to processing of your personal data, as provided by Articles 15–22 GDPR.
