Overview
The Travel Agencies Financial Capability Certificate is a mandatory certification required by regional tourism authorities and the Ministry of Tourism for the issuance or renewal of a travel agency licence.
It attests that the company or tour operator possesses the financial capacity necessary to protect consumers and partners in the event of non-performance or insolvency.
