The Security Institutes Financial Capability Certificate is a mandatory certification required for all companies operating in private security, surveillance, and investigation services in Italy.
This document certifies that the institution meets the financial stability requirements established by the Italian Ministry of the Interior to obtain or renew its operating licence.

• Law No. 40 of 18 March 1987 – Regulation of private security activities;
