The Road Hauliers Financial Capability Certificate is a mandatory certification required for companies operating in national or international road transport for hire or reward.
This certificate demonstrates that the operator possesses the minimum financial standing established by EU Regulation (EC) No. 1071/2009, ensuring that only financially sound and professionally reliable carriers are authorized to operate.

Per l’emissione dell’attestazione di capacità finanziaria per autotrasportatori sono richiesti:
• Visura Camerale aggiornata;
• Documento d’identità e codice fiscale del legale rappresentante;
• Autorizzazione o iscrizione all’Albo degli Autotrasportatori (se già esistente);
• Elenco dei veicoli in flotta (targa, data immatricolazione, proprietà o leasing);
• Bilancio o dichiarazione fiscale dell’ultimo esercizio;
• Modulistica EIS Broker compilata e firmata.
