Overview
A Gaming Bond — also referred to as a Concession Guarantee — is a mandatory surety bond required by the Italian Customs and Monopolies Agency (ADM) for companies operating in the gaming, betting, and amusement device (VLT/AWP) sectors.
It ensures that the license holder or operator complies with all financial, regulatory, and tax obligations associated with their gaming concession or license.
If the operator fails to fulfill these obligations — such as payment of taxes, royalties, or penalties — the ADM may call upon the bond for reimbursement.
